What Rate My Team does with what you give it. In plain language, because you should not need a lawyer to find out.

The short version. We keep your email address, if you give us one. We do not keep your screenshots, your roster, or your league. Your screenshots are sent to Anthropic to be read, and then they are gone. We do not sell anything to anyone.
When you upload a screenshot, it is sent to Anthropic's Claude, which reads the player names off it and sends back a list. That is the only reason it leaves your device, and it is the only third party that sees it.
We do not store the image. It is held in memory long enough to be read, then discarded — it is never written to a disk of ours, never logged, and never looked at by a person. Anthropic processes it under their own terms as an API request.
A roster screenshot often has your team name on it, and sometimes your username. We do not want either, we do not extract them, and because we keep no image there is nothing left holding them.
The rating is worked out and shown to you, and that is the end of it. We do not save which players you had, what your league is called, how you were graded, or that a rating happened at all. Reload the page and the tool knows nothing about you.
Rate My Team does not connect to ESPN, Yahoo, Sleeper, or any other platform. It cannot see your account, and it never asks you to log in to one. It reads a screenshot, or a roster you type in — nothing else.
You are only ever asked after a rating, and the rating is never held back to make you sign up.
If you do sign up, we store three things: your address, the date, and which scoring format you rated — that last one only so a mailing can be relevant to how you actually play. No roster, no grade, no league, no IP address is attached to it. It is kept in our list and with our email provider, MailerLite, who send the mail on our behalf.
Every email has an unsubscribe link that works. You can also write to hello@fantasysense.app and ask us to delete your address, and we will, without asking why.
Two small banners on the page are served by Google AdSense. To pay for the tool, that is all. Google, and the advertisers it works with, may use cookies or your device's advertising identifier to show ads based on your visits to this site and others, and to count how often an ad was seen. We do not choose the advertisers, and nothing about your roster, your league, or your email address is passed to them.
You can switch off personalised ads in Google's ads settings, and Google explains what it collects at How Google uses information from sites that use its services. If you are in the EU or UK you will be asked before any advertising cookie is set, and "no" is a complete answer.
